Autumn is the season of metal

A time of harvest, to gather and prepare what is needed to go inward.

A good time to get things in order, reflect and purify what’s not needed so the stillness of winter to come can be filled with peace.
Think about adding a few pungent foods (onion of any type, garlic, radish etc) and berries to help the exterior/immune deal with changeable weather. Also time to reduce the cold/raw foods of summer in favour of cooked.
Keeping the neck, chest, head/ears and lower back warm and protected from wind and cold in this season may help stave off illness and the lungs love it when we…BREATHE
